Gregory Ross — President and Chief Executive Officer
Gregory Ross is President and CEO of both Foresters Asset Management Inc. (“FAM”) and its affiliate mutual fund company, Foresters Financial Investment Management Company of Canada Inc., (“FFIMCO”). Greg has over 25 years of industry experience. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the firms and for building and growing their operations. Under Greg’s guidance, his equity and fixed income teams manage over $10 billion CAD in assets under management.*
Greg joined FAM, (formerly Aegon Capital Management), in 1998, as a senior fixed-income portfolio manager. During his tenure with the firm, Greg has also held the roles of Senior Vice-President & Head of Fixed Income and Chief Investment Officer.
Prior to joining FAM, Greg held several roles at Elliott & Page Ltd., including senior fixed-income portfolio manager and fixed income trader. Greg was also a fixed income trader at G.E. Investment Management.
Greg graduated from the University of Toronto with a BA in Philosophy in 1991. He is a member of the Toronto CFA Society and the CFA Institute.

Suzann E. Pennington, CFA — Chief Investment Officer
Suzann Pennington, CFA, is the Chief Investment Officer, for Foresters Asset Management. Ms. Pennington was previously Chief Investment Officer, Managing Director, and Head of Equities at CIBC Global Asset Management Inc, overseeing all portfolio management and research efforts and managed the Canadian all-cap equity mandates. Ms. Pennington has also held various senior roles at Mackenzie Financial Corp including Chief Investment Officer at Howson Tattersall Investment Counsel.
Before that, she held the position of Vice-President of Equities and Head of International Research at Sceptre Investment Counsel Ltd. and was a Founding Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager at Synergy Asset Management. Ms. Pennington began her investment career at the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System. She is a CFA charter holder. Ms. Pennington holds a Bachelor of Math in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Waterloo. In addition, Ms. Pennington is a member of the Investor Steering Committee for the 30% Club of Canada and former director of the Canadian coalition for Good Governance.
